  • Return Authorization: We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include this number on the return package to ensure smooth processing.

  • Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. Please use a traceable shipping service and retain the tracking number. Vitexacom is not liable for items lost in transit.

3. Condition of Returned Products

  • Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  • Condition: The product should be in its original condition, free from damage or signs of use. Products that have been modified, damaged, or have missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it within 7 working days. If the product meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Exchanges: If you opt for an exchange, we will ship the new product to you once the returned product is received and inspected.
